Before Katie can start outbounding on your behalf, you’ll need to set up a Rep.
A Rep is the identity that Katie will use to send emails, make calls, and engage prospects. This ensures all outreach feels human, personalized, and connected to your team.
Select Katie’s Reps from the dropdown.
Step 1 : Create a New Rep
Click + Add a Rep in the top left.
A form will pop up titled Create Rep.
Step 2: Fill Out Rep Details
In the Create Rep window:
Enter Name: Input the Rep’s first and last name
Select Role: Choose the role that best represents the rep’s GTM function (e.g., SDR, AE, Sales Manager).
This is used purely for internal labeling — it does not affect platform permissions or access levels. All reps have equal visibility and access across the workspace.
Step 3: Save Your Rep
Click Save once you’ve filled in the information.
Your Rep is now ready to be assigned to campaigns!
