Outcome: a reply rate you can report on — humans only — and an early warning when a mailbox starts bouncing.
Where to find it
Performance → Email Health tab.
What each card means
Emails sent — outbound campaign emails in the selected period.
Bounce rate — bounced ÷ sent. Mailboxes above the threshold are highlighted and may enter bounce cooldown.
Human reply rate — replies written by a person ÷ sent.
Out of office reply rate and Automatic reply rate — autoresponders, classified by the reply labelling that also powers the inbox.
Total reply rate — the sum of the three.
Steps
Pick the period (Past 7 / 30 / 90 Days or Custom).
Use Filter to narrow by campaign type (outbound/inbound), campaign, tag or rep, and to include archived campaigns. The same filters apply to every tab of Performance.
Read the Mailbox health table: one row per mailbox with its domain, rep, emails sent and every rate.
Scroll to Email Bounces for the trend by day, week or month, split by campaign or rep.

Good to know
A high out-of-office share in one week usually means a holiday period in the prospect’s region; the human rate is the one to compare across weeks.
Reply classification is the same signal the inbox uses for tags, so numbers here match the inbox counts.
