Go to the Knowledge section
Open the Knowledge section in Alta.
Click on Knowledge.
Add Knowledge Sources
Click Add.
Choose whether to:
Upload a file (must be less than 2 MB), or
Add a URL.
When Adding a URL
Enter the full, exact URL (including
https://and.com).
Confirm Upload
Once added, the file or URL will appear in your knowledge list.
