How to Add a Signature to Your Emails in Alta

Learn how to create your own signature to be attached to the emails that Alta provides for you.

Follow these steps to set up your email signature:

  1. Go to Settings

    • Open the Settings menu in Alta.

  2. Select Katie’s Reps

    • Click on Katie’s Reps.

    • Choose your user (e.g., Sharon).

  3. Enable Signature

    • Find the Signature section.

    • Toggle the signature option on.

  4. Add Your Signature

    • You can either:

      • Manually type your signature, or

      • Copy and paste your existing signature into the box.

  5. Save Changes

    • Click Save to confirm.

✅ Your signature is now added and will appear on all your emails sent from Alta.
