How to Match Your Alta User to Your CRM User

Follow these steps to set up your user profile in Alta and connect it with your CRM user.

1. Go to Settings

  • From the left-hand menu, click Settings.

2. Open Katie’s Reps

  • Select Katie’s Reps.

  • Find and click on the rep (user) you want to configure.

3. Match the Alta User

  • In the Alta User field, choose your email.

  • This will assign the correct Alta user to the rep.

4. Match the CRM User

  • In the CRM User field, select the same user.

  • If you don’t see your name immediately, use the search bar to find it and then click to select.

5. Save Your Settings

  • Once both are matched, the connection is saved automatically.

  • From now on, all activities for that rep in Alta will sync under the same owner in your CRM.

✅ Done! Your Alta user is now matched to your CRM user.
