Go to Settings
Open the Settings menu in Alta.
Select Katie’s Reps
Click on Katie's Reps.
Choose your user (e.g., Sharon).
Connect Gmail / Outlook
Find the Gmail / Outlook Connection section.
Click the “+” (plus) button next to Gmail.
Authorize Access
A Gmail / Outlook window will open.
Select your e-mail account and click Continue.
Click Allow to grant permissions.
Confirm Connection
Once connected, you’ll see Gmail/ Outlook marked as Active in Alta.
✅ Your Gmail / Outlook is now successfully connected!
What happens once your Gmail / Outlook is connected?
Once connected, Alta will:
Send outbound campaign emails from that address
Receive replies to the same address the email was sent from
Rotate sending across all mailboxes connected to your rep profile if you have multiple connected
A note on deliverability: While you can connect your own Gmail or Outlook, we recommend using Alta's dedicated mailboxes for outbound campaigns where possible. These are pre-warmed and optimised for deliverability, helping protect your main company domain from spam filters.
