Key Metrics Explained:

Potential Prospects

Definition:
The total number of leads identified as potential outreach targets—regardless of whether they’ve been contacted.

Contacted Prospects

Definition:
The number of prospects your team has actively reached out to via email or LinkedIn.

Engagement Rate

Definition:
The percentage of contacted prospects who interacted with your outreach (e.g., opened emails, clicked links, or accepted LinkedIn requests).

Reply Rate

Definition:
The percentage of contacted prospects who responded, whether by email or LinkedIn message.

Bounce Rate

Definition:
The percentage of emails that failed to deliver to the recipient’s inbox—often due to invalid or outdated addresses.

📈 Visual Timeline of Outreach Activity

Below the metrics, you'll find a performance graph that visualizes your team's daily activity. Key tracked actions include:

  • New contacted prospects

  • Emails sent, opened, clicked, replied, and bounced

  • LinkedIn connection requests (sent + accepted)

  • LinkedIn messages sent and replied

Each line color corresponds to a specific outreach action, giving you an easy way to spot trends and identify days with strong (or weak) engagement.

🧠 Filter by Rep or Time Period

You can slice performance data in two key ways:

  • By Rep: See how individual team members are performing.

  • By Date Range: Select a time period (e.g., last 7 days, 30 days) to analyze trends and progress over time.

These filters allow managers and reps to drill down on performance, diagnose what’s working, and iterate faster.
