How to Create a Personalized Message
Navigate to Touchpoints
After completing your ICP and Pitch, go to the Touchpoints section of your campaign.
Click Add New and select either an Email Step or a LinkedIn Step.
For this example, choose Email → Personalized.
Generate the Message
Katie will automatically draft a personalized message on the right side of the screen.
Adjust Tone & Style
Use the two-bar sliders to modify the message.
Increase personalization.
Adjust message length.
Make it more friendly, urgent, or balanced.
Add a Call to Action (CTA)
Example: Write “Let’s talk” and paste your calendar link.
Click Refine, and Katie will rewrite the message with your CTA included.
Use the Prompt for Specific Instructions
Enter guidance directly into the prompt box.
Example instructions:
“Always finish with: Thank you for reading this message.”
“Mention that we are the best in the world at automating sales and revenue operations.”
Katie will regenerate the message in Preview mode with your instructions applied.
Finalize and Continue Workflow
Review Katie’s generated message.
Once satisfied, add your next step (another email or a LinkedIn message).
