1. Add the Tools
Go to Settings → Tools.
Click Add Tool → HubSpot → Check Availability.
Repeat the process: Add Tool → HubSpot → Book a Meeting.
Both tools will now appear in your list.
2. Personalize Each Tool
Rename the Tool
For example, change the name to something recognizable (e.g., Sharon - Availability).
Make sure you keep "Check Availability" clearly labeled.
Add Your HubSpot Calendar ID
Copy your calendar link from HubSpot.
Extract only the Calendar ID from the link (not the full website URL).
Paste the Calendar ID into the tool configuration.
⚠️ Important: If you paste the full URL, it won’t work. Use only the ID portion.
Set the Default Time Zone
Select your calendar’s correct time zone.
Click Save Configuration.
3. Repeat for the Second Tool
Update the name.
Paste the same Calendar ID.
Select the time zone.
Save.
4. Final Step: Assign the Tools to Calls
After setting up both tools, go to the Call Configuration area and make sure to select these HubSpot tools so Alex can use them for checking availability and booking meetings during calls.
