Go to the Assistants page inside the platform.
Create a new Assistant (if you don't have one yet).
Once the Assistant is created, click on the specific Assistant where you want to upload the prospects.
Click Upload.
Download the CSV template.
Fill out the template with your data.
When ready, upload the completed CSV.
Make sure to map the fields correctly during the upload process.
CSV Formatting Requirements
To ensure the file uploads correctly and the Assistant can call prospects, follow these formatting rules:
Phone Number Format
Must start with “+”
No spaces allowed
Example:

Timezone Format
Use the formal TZ Identifier

After Uploading
Once the CSV is successfully uploaded, the Assistant will automatically begin calling the prospects at the scheduled time defined inside the Assistant page.
Optional: Extra Information
Additional fields in the CSV (e.g., company, job title, etc.) can be used inside the Assistant’s prompt to personalize the call flow.
