How to Use the Support Chat

Follow these steps to quickly get help and answers inside the platform:

Step 1: Open the Support Panel

  • Go to the top-right corner of the platform.

  • Click on the “Support and Learn” icon.


Step 2: Access the Chat

  • A new window will open on the right-hand side of your screen.

  • Click on “Message” to start a conversation.


Step 3: Ask Your Question

  • Type your question in the chat.

  • You can ask about:

    • Platform features

    • Workflows

    • Campaign setup

    • Any general questions


Step 4: Get Instant Answers from Katie

  • Katie (AI assistant) will respond immediately with relevant answers.


Step 5: Escalate to Human Support (Optional)

  • If the answer isn’t sufficient:

    • Request to “Speak with a human”

    • A member of the support team will assist you directly
