August and September were the two months Alta started doing the work with you: Ask Alta builds sequences and audiences from a sentence, every step can run on GPT-6 Astra, Claude Fable 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5 or Gemini 3.8 Flash, a new Daily page briefs your morning, Workflows react to Salesforce and act on people, five more CRMs connect natively, and the whole product speaks Spanish, German and French. Here is the short tour, with the product on screen.
Ask Alta builds your sequence in the campaign builder
Tell Katie the touchpoints you want — “a LinkedIn view, a connection request, an email two days later, a follow-up” — and the steps land in the tree, validated like hand-built ones. The chat now also lives inside the audience builder and the workflow editor, keeps its history, and can be shared with a teammate.
The newest models, per step: GPT-6 Astra, Claude Fable 5.1, Claude Opus 5.5 and Gemini 3.8 Flash
The newest flagship models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google join the premium list, which now runs to fourteen models. Choose per step from the model picker under any prompt — email, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp steps, AI conditions, AI enrichments, the call flow, the web assistant and the AI actions in Workflows — or set a campaign default from Sequence options and apply it to the steps you already built. Premium models are a Professional and Enterprise feature.
Daily: your morning, briefed by Alta
Daily is the new first page of the day. The tasks feed lists what needs a human, with bulk approve. Next to it, Insights: every night Ask Alta runs over your CRM pipeline, campaign performance and account news and posts what it found as cards with the numbers behind the claim and a one-click action. Switched on per account.
The People page: everyone you know, on one page
Every person Alta knows in your account, searchable, with the columns you choose and a slide-over that shows their campaigns and their company. Trigger Events and the Web Search agent are now on for everyone, and audience lists got real filters, rename and delete from the header, and an Enrichment Usage page.
Workflows hear Salesforce, and act on people
Six Salesforce triggers join HubSpot and monday.com: New Lead, New Contact, New Record, New or Updated Record, field history and files. Four new actions work on a person: Enrich Person, Set Person Field, Add People to List and Sync Person. A Person Unsubscribed trigger fires the moment someone opts out, and ChiliPiper joined the calendar integrations.
The Split step: route prospects by any rule
One Split replaces a ladder of conditions: a branch per rule — seniority, title, industry, signals, engagement — checked left to right, first match wins, everyone else takes Otherwise. A Call Disposition template covers call outcomes in one click, and the prospect timeline now predicts which branches will run. Split is switched on per account.
Five more CRMs, natively
Bullhorn, OnePageCRM, ActiveCampaign, Vtiger and ActiveDEMAND now connect like HubSpot and Salesforce do: contacts and companies both ways, your own fields, dedup and DNC rules, audience sourcing and activity logging. Sync people to the CRM from the People page or any audience list, map fields on related records, and map opt-outs onto the CRM field you choose.
Email Health: reply rates that mean humans
Email Health now separates human, out-of-office and automatic replies per mailbox and per domain, under the same filters as the rest of Performance. Phone numbers are verified before a call step spends time on them, voicemail is detected in any language, and Performance gained a company table, funnel drill-downs and a rep filter.
Alta in Spanish, German and French (beta)
Every page and button is now available in Español, Deutsch and Français. Pick a language in your personal settings and Alta switches on the spot. The Beta label stays until numbers and dates format in the language too.
