How to Use the People Page in Alta (Everyone You Know, Columns and the Person Slide-Over)

The People page lists every person Alta knows in your account — across campaigns, audience lists and imports — with search, configurable columns and a slide-over that shows the campaigns they were in and the company behind them.

Written by Katie Supporté

Outcome: answer “who do we already know at this company?” from one searchable page, then open the person or their company without leaving it.

Where to find it

Audiences → All people (or go to /people in your account). Prospects under Manage remains the campaign view; People is the directory.

Steps

  1. Type in Search to filter by name, title, company or email.

  2. Open Columns to show, hide or reorder columns (the picker remembers your choice; Reset restores the default set).

  3. Click a person to open the slide-over: Personal Info, Company Info, Signals, Related and Campaigns — the campaigns this person was in, with their current status.

  4. Click a company name in the table to open the company slide-over, with all prospects from that company one click away.

Click the image to watch the clip (recorded in Alta).

What you should see

A server-side table that paginates through every person in the account. People with a CRM record show the CRM reference icon next to their name; selected people can be synced to the CRM from the bulk actions.

Good to know

  • The same column picker is used on audience lists, so a layout you like carries over.

  • A Prospect Research tab appears on the slide-over when research notes are enabled for the account.
