Step 1: Navigate to Touchpoints
Go to the Touchpoints section of your campaign.
On the left-hand side, click Add New.
Scroll to the bottom and select Condition.
Step 2: Select AI Condition
After clicking Condition, you will see a list of available conditions.
Choose AI Condition (first option in the list).
This will add a decision step to your workflow.
Step 3: Understand How AI Condition Works
The AI Condition allows you to evaluate a prospect using a custom prompt.
When a prospect reaches this step:
Katie analyzes the prompt
Uses available tools (currently web search)
Returns a Yes or No answer
Based on the result:
Yes β Prospect continues down one branch
No β Prospect follows a different path
Step 4: Use Tree View for Better Visualization
To better understand the flow:
Click on Tree View
This will show:

The paths prospects will follow
Step 5: Define Your AI Prompt
Inside the AI Condition, you will write a prompt that determines the logic.
