How to Approve Prospects in Co-Pilot
Go to the Campaigns tab.
Click on the campaign where you want to review and approve prospects.
Filter by status: Use the filter to show only prospects with the status "Waiting for Review."
Review the message (optional):
– Click on a prospect's name to open the message preview on the right panel.
– Read the message and decide whether to proceed.
Approve or Reject
When Alta is running in Co-Pilot mode, every message in a sequence is generated for your review, but you only need to approve a prospect once. Once approved, all subsequent messages send automatically.
- Approve: Click Send to approve and send the message sequence.
- Reject: Click Reject to remove the prospect from the sequence.
Once you approve a prospect, all subsequent messages in the sequence send automatically. You'll see each message generated for review, but a single approval is all that's needed to keep the sequence moving.
💡 You can also select multiple prospects at once and use the Approve or Reject buttons to take bulk action. ⤵️
Select the prospects you want to take action on – individually or in bulk.
Click “Approve” or “Reject” to complete the review process.
ℹ️ Tip: Approving a prospect will immediately allow them to continue in the campaign sequence.
