When creating campaigns in Alta, you can save prompts directly from a step (such as an email or LinkedIn message). This allows you to reuse high-performing prompts in future campaigns without rewriting them.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Add a New Step in the Campaign

  • Go to the Touchpoint section in the campaign builder

  • Click Add New Step

  • Choose the type of step:

    • Personalized Email

    • LinkedIn Message (same process applies)

2. Open the Prompt Editor

  • After selecting the step (e.g., Personalized Email), it will be added to your workflow

  • On the right-hand side panel, click into the Prompt section

3. Edit Your Prompt

  • Customize the prompt based on your campaign needs

  • Adjust messaging, personalization, and variables as needed

4. Save the Prompt

  • Click the three dots (⋯) in the prompt options

  • Select Save Prompt

Result

  • The prompt is automatically saved

  • It will be available in your Saved Prompts library

  • You can reuse it in future campaigns to save time and maintain consistency
