When to Rename a Step

You may want to rename a step to make the campaign easier to understand, especially when you have multiple touchpoints in the same workflow.

Step 1: Open the Campaign Touchpoints

Go to the campaign you want to edit.

Once inside the campaign, navigate to the Touchpoints section.

This is where you can view and manage the steps in your campaign flow.

Step 2: Select the Step You Want to Rename

Find the step you want to rename.

Click the three dots on that step to open the step options menu.

Step 3: Click Rename

From the options menu, click Rename.

A field will appear where you can enter a custom name for the step.

Step 4: Add the New Step Name

Type the name you want to use for the step.

For example:

First Message

Choose a name that clearly describes the purpose of the step.

Step 5: Save the New Name

After entering the new name, click Save.

The step will now appear with the updated name in your campaign flow.

Clear names make it easier for your team to review, edit, and understand the campaign structure.
