What Does “Send Emails in One Thread” Mean?
When this setting is turned on, follow-up emails in the campaign will be sent in the same email conversation instead of creating a new separate email thread each time.
This means the prospect will see the emails as part of one ongoing conversation.
Why Use One Email Thread?
Sending emails in one thread is useful because it helps:
Keep all follow-up emails in one place
Make the outreach feel more natural
Give the prospect more context from previous messages
Make the email sequence easier to follow
Avoid creating multiple separate email conversations with the same prospect
Step 1: Go to Campaigns
From your Alta account, click Campaigns.
Step 2: Open the Relevant Campaign
Select the campaign you want to edit.
Step 3: Go to Touchpoints
Inside the campaign, go to the Touchpoints section.
This is where you can manage the steps and messages in your campaign flow

Step 4: Open the Touchpoint Settings
In the Touchpoints section, click the three dots.
This will open additional campaign touchpoint options.
Step 5: Turn On “Send Emails in One Thread”
Find the option called Send Emails in One Thread.
Toggle this setting on.
Once enabled, emails in the campaign will be sent as one continuous conversation.
What Happens After You Turn It On?
After this setting is enabled:
Follow-up emails will stay in the same thread
The prospect will see the email sequence as one conversation
The outreach will feel more consistent and natural

It is recommended to turn this setting on when your campaign includes multiple email follow-ups.
