How to Train Katie About Your Business Using Files

This guide explains how to upload files or URLs to train Katie with additional context that can be used in your campaigns.

Overview

The Knowledge β†’ Context section allows you to provide Katie with relevant information (documents or web pages) that she can use to personalize and improve outreach.


Step 1: Navigate to Knowledge Base

  1. Go to the bottom-left corner of the platform

  2. Click on Knowledge

  3. Select Context

This is where all training materials are managed.


Step 2: Upload a File

  1. Click Add

  2. Select Upload File

  3. Choose your file

Important notes:

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB

  • Ensure the file format is supported

Once uploaded, Katie will process and learn from the file.


Step 3: Add a URL

You can also train Katie using a webpage.

  1. Click Add

  2. Select Add URL

  3. Enter the full URL

Important notes:

  1. Click Add


Step 4: Training Status

  • After adding a file or URL, you will see a training indicator

  • Once completed, the status will update automatically

At this point, Katie has successfully learned from the content.


Step 5: Use the Knowledge in Campaigns

Once training is complete:

  • The uploaded content becomes available as context

  • Katie can use this information to:

    • Personalize messaging

    • Reference relevant company or product details

    • Improve response quality
