Overview
The Knowledge β Context section allows you to provide Katie with relevant information (documents or web pages) that she can use to personalize and improve outreach.
Step 1: Navigate to Knowledge Base
Go to the bottom-left corner of the platform
Click on Knowledge
Select Context
This is where all training materials are managed.
Step 2: Upload a File
Click Add
Select Upload File
Choose your file
Important notes:
Maximum file size: 5 MB
Ensure the file format is supported
Once uploaded, Katie will process and learn from the file.
Step 3: Add a URL
You can also train Katie using a webpage.
Click Add
Select Add URL
Enter the full URL
Important notes:
The URL must include the full format
Example:
https://www.example.com
Avoid partial URLs (e.g.,
example.com)
Click Add
Step 4: Training Status
After adding a file or URL, you will see a training indicator
Once completed, the status will update automatically
At this point, Katie has successfully learned from the content.
Step 5: Use the Knowledge in Campaigns
Once training is complete:
The uploaded content becomes available as context
Katie can use this information to:
Personalize messaging
Reference relevant company or product details
Improve response quality
